Vorgon Xyfus not in Account Rewards Tab

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Did the Flying High to get the ship, it is in my list of ships to choose from when I visit a shipyard, however it is NOT in the Account Rewards tab on the toon that earned it NOR on any of the my alts.

    The Xyfius was reclaimable for me before the event ended, but now that the event is over it seems to have disappeared.

    Same issue here. Got the Xyfius, claimed it on a couple alts, but now it's just completely gone from the event store.

    Nope, not seeing it on any of my characters either. Sounds like it could be the same problem from the last couple seasonal events where the coding for it to remain in the store after the event wasn't added and new items ended up being removed when the events ended...

    You hit the nail on the head, just checked the summer store and all the new items introduced this year are now gone.

    They need to learn to put something in the code that says "doesn't leave store when event ends" to the new items.

    As for the ship, my guess is that they forgot to make sure the ship was coded to stick around in the reclaim store once the event was over.

    That would explain why I couldn't find the ship on my new alt.

    Blast. Wish I'd unlocked it yesterday.

    Can confirm this as well. Collected the 1,000 vouchers, claimed the ship, even on a few alts. Now it's july 22 and it's not listed in the "account reward claim store" when I tried to grab it for my 23c character.
