Android Boff missing

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
On my new AoY character when I try to claim the android Boff (not 0718) It says I already claimed it. Hes not in my inventory, bank or active crew. I may have claimed him upon first getting to ESD but I don't recall deleting him and if I did I should just be able to claim another right?

    Happened to me as well.
    Requested gm help twice and they ignored me.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?

    Does anyone have a resolution for this?
    One week and one ticket a day without an answer.
    Do I have to start my character over again or do TOS characters not get the BOFF?

    I'm also interested in this issue. I'm Lifetime since launch, so more than the minimum 700 day veteran status, but my Android BOFF is nowhere to be found anywhere in the Zen store. My Borg BOFF was there, and joined my team easily enough, along with several tribbles, a horta, a couple shuttles, and my defense turret tactical console, plus my tiny pink hoverboard, but no android.​​

    The android boffs are not in the C-store. In the case of Feds, you claim the Androids from the duty officer sales rep next to the duty officer trainer. Both are in the room under where Admiral Quinn's office is.

    KDF side , there is a duty officer rep in the barracks. Go up the short flight of stairs on the right hand side as you head toward the doff trainer. The doff trainer is at the bottom of a small flight of stairs in that same area.

    If you are getting a message saying you already claimed him, check your Stations tab in your character window and see if it is there.

    Check under the items tab of the C Store. He got misplaced there for me.

    So I just bought a photonic Boff from the exchange and it never showed up in my inventory. plenty of room. I assume its a related issue?
