@tacofangs I am hearing reports that this problem isn't fixed yet? (The Epic Screenshot thread mentions it for lens flares). I have still to check myself...
Let me know if you find it's still happening somewhere. It should be 100% fixed now. If it's not, let me know where to look.

Ok guys, I did some testing and wasn't able to reproduce this. Then I changed some settings, and it popped up. So I changed back to old settings, it disappeared. Then back to the same settings that caused it to show before, and it didn't show this time.
This isn't caused by the same thing as before. We fixed that, and it's still fixed. This is something new, and seems to be specific to certain settings. If you could please post screenshots of your graphics settings (if you are seeing the flares), that may be of some use.
In the mean time, I kicked this over to QA to try and narrow things down a bit.
