Paladin space trait 'Retaliation'for my Romulan?

I am playing my new Temporal character and came across the 'Retaliation' on my new Temporal Paladin and thought it would be great to have it on my Rom character...

Is there any way he can acquire this trait? or is it for feds only?

    May be from a reward box. There are boxes being dropped from. The kelvin lock box that have a choice between two of the new traits. So I'd check the exchange and see if it's available on there.
    Oh, it's not broken? We can soon fix that!

    FEDERATION:
    Console Pack = Proton Charge Launcher *OR* Mining Drill Laser
    Starship Trait Pack = Standoff *OR* Highly Specialized

    KLINGON:
    Console Pack = Auxiliary Ejection Assembly *OR* Mining Drill Laser
    Starship Trait Pack = Down But Not Out *OR* Highly Specialized

    ROMULAN:
    Console Pack = Auxiliary Ejection Assembly *OR* Proton Charge Launcher
    Starship Trait Pack = Down But Not Out *OR* Standoff

    Was there another box that was "Temporal"? Oh that was an old lockbox from 2012....I don't think they had T-6 ships, yet.

    Maybe there is another one coming?

    Short answer for now is no. Might see it down the line like we did with reciprocity though i suppose

    romulans get operativ crews... that one trumps the paladins trait by a hilarious margin... ^^

    Isn't there a problem finding Rom BoFFs, at all, right now?
    And moving BoFFs around is problematic, at best.
