  Hm, that's very odd. I was able to claim it on all the ones who played it, even with no BOFF slots available. He's in the reserve until I can get them more BOFF slots.

  lag i guess
  after a game reload, was able to find it in the overflow bag which didn't show up before

  Cool looking boff, ut kinda usless outside of Ground and can't be customized. Not really missing much.
