Fed Beam Out Sound Bug

I just noticed that whenever one of my [25th Century] Fed characters "taps" their communicator to beam out, the sound effect is the one used for Romulans/Klingons instead of the normal Starfleet.

    I just noticed it as well. I thought (since I just got the lifetime) that it might be something because the character was a liberated Borg, but nope, it's all my 25th century Feddies. (Now if it made that sound with the 23rd century one, then I'd be worried, lol.)
