Can not enter Risa with my temporal agent

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The char is level 11 so it should not be an issue. Ticket filed.
Anybody else have this issue?

    Every TOS character is most likely currently having this issue. Until we get a fix in, the Transwarp from the Calendar should be functioning fine.

    I just leveled up to 13, and I can't get in from sector space either. Thanks for the transwarp from calendar suggestion, that got me in.

    I am also having this issue. I can't get in from sector space but I can use the transwarp option.
