Temporal Agent booster bug

Temporal Agent character can't use boosters because the game thinks they haven't completed the tutorial.

    tutorial ends aft the 1st sotry arc then u can use boosters

    My Character is level 30 already through the 1st and klingon war arcs and still can't use them.

    confirmed as well, TOS character is into the Klingon arc, past the Tutorial. Still unable to use exp boosters. Fleet cred/fleet mark/rep/etc. pools seem to be fine. Apparently there is something missing at conclusion of AoY tutorial to toggle the end of it.

    Same issue here. Id like to think its a bug and not an intentional retardation of the leveling process. Frustrating nonetheless.
