  I get the same problem on occasion and only way I get to fix this is completely exiting the game and back in. It's pretty frustrating as it causes inventory full messages when in my case it's usually a duty officer stuck in there.

  This is one work around, another is to fill the inventory to capacity so that the game is forced to add another item to the overflow bag and this will allow you access the items in there.​​

  Oh, it's not broken? We can soon fix that!

  It is usually filled with Shuttle Pets. They seem to go in there by default. Complete Exit of the Client, as stated, is the best way to go.

  Type /lootcancel in the chat box to unjam the overflow bag.
