More Cannon things from the Shows

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Can we expect to see more things from the show in the game - more species specific weapons (EM33 and Phase Pistol from Enterprise, DS9 Phaser Rifle, Cardassian Disruptor, Ferengi Phaser, Starfleet type 1 phaser from TNG, The "Dustbuster" TNG phaser and artifacts? (http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/gallery/stmagazine/phasers2.jpg )
Also, would it be possible to holster a standard Starfleet phaser the correct way instead of down?
One of the things I and others would really enjoy is having a Cardassian Faction Playable Storyline, are there plans for this?

    It is a game that keeps adding content as it goes, I wouldn't be suprised if we would see most of these in the futre at some point.

    Cardassian Faction? Mjjjaaaaeeeee, I wouldnt't hold my breath, Just two factions has strained the game. It is a possiblity they will add Cardassian like with Romulans, have them alligned to either Klingon or Federation after a few missions.
    I know Al Rivera said that Cardassian love is a strong possiblity in the future

    Canon things from the shows, not cannon things from the shows. Enterprise had energy beams, the Black Pearl had cannons.

    The type one phaser from TNG is already in the game. Play the mission "Past Imperfect" on a fed.

    Edit: Wrong type one phaser. Why would there be two different type one phasers?

    not sure if i recall correctly but i believe that model is based on the TOS version not tng. the beams it fires is blue tinted. I would have to double check once i log in

    30th Anniversary next year for TNG. We got Worf's Sash and a miniature mission for the 25th Anniversary. So we should get something more impressive from TNG next year.
