Hello. Alot of ppl already know it, but seems still nothing happen in recent patches, so me and huge part of PvP community report a big issue in Counter Offensive Mechanics
Orginal Counter Offensive Discription:
"Reflect 300% of incoming energy weapon damage back to your attacker. This can trigger once every 10 seconds, and reflect a maximum of 20,000 damage."
The problem is that, sometimes but quite often Counter Offensive triggers in one moment like 10 times. And that's the point of this BUG.
Of course meybe it "work as intended" but if yes, we need new discription, something like
"Reflect 300% of incoming energy weapon damage back to your attacker. This can trigger 10 times every 10 seconds, and reflect a maximum of 20,000 damage. If you are BeamBoat or CannonEscort its highly recommended to found another MMO or play PrtG."
I pin a video with testing, with next few post ppl will put here a parse with combat log, that prove this bug even more than vid.

Edit - After playing around with this for half an hour I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary. But it's not to say it isn't broken. The best I can do is raise it in the general discussion area of the OST and see if anyone else can elaborate on it.
2nd Edit - After going back through the combat logs, I've notice something that doesn't quiet seem right. After reading the skill description it doesn't matter if it proc once or the full ten times, it shouldn't be able to do more than 20k damage total. But according to the attached image I'm seeing hits above that, with on procing for over 40k. So it does look like something is wrong some where.
Edit - I've included both threads and my own limited data and raised the issue with the OST. Thanks for the reports and I'll try and keep you informed of any updates to the problem.
Because believe it or not I'm trying to get this issue fixed for you! And the point of my testing is simple it's what the bug hunters do as part of the Operational Support Team, we recreate the issue's document it, then raise it via the OST forums and hopefully get it fixed.
Instead, it will deal damage as the same type that was inflicted upon the owner of Counter Offensive.
Additionally, Counter Offensive's maximum damage has been doubled.
