Can't Log In

Not entirely sure if this is the right place for this so apologies if it's not. Up until about an hour or so ago (13:00 GMT 18/06/16) I'd been playing fine for some hours until I got booted. Now, when I try to log back in all that happens is the launcher starts up but sits waiting to check for patches and just doesn't do anything else. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Welcome to the club, I haven't been able to get past character selection for a week.

    Have you managed to sort this, it would appear that I can now get that far at least, but no further

    I have the problem. that I don't get a mail for the suport key. Also some times I can not log in white my password, but if I go and use arc to login in, I don't have a problem.
