Unable to load map

I'm unable to log into my character that's on Risa as it freezes around 95-96% and then crashes. I've attempted to log in several times and finally got an error message: Fatal Error: Direct 3D driver returned error code (E_OUTOFMEMORY) while creating a texture.

I don't really see why I'm getting this as it was working fine last night.

If it helps, I logged out next to Qwen's camp.

    getting the problem on my character that located on Risa.. i seem to be able to log on characters not on Risa so far

    I got some help with it on reddit just now. Turning off dynamic lighting seems to resolve said issue.
