Load screen locking at 40%.

So I noticed this here sense my return to STO that this bug for load screens still around it does not happen often but I can tell its coming buyt the load screen not connecting to server pops up through 2 to 3 load screens in a row. That when it seems to happen the most is when I get kicked to login on the connecting to server then after it does that I load back in in safe mode and after a few more times it will get to 40% to 40.5% and just lock up and I have to manually crash the game through task manager or completely restart my pc to get back into the game.
So there it is in a nut shell the game will lock up on load screens after it show connecting to server and the load times crawl along and after pinging the servers I get a amazing connection to them so unless there is a lot of back end loading that is hunkering down my connection I do not see why it does this. Thanks you.
Edit: So after reading another post from a dev I will clean this up some. Soon today at least.

The problem seems to be from multiple map transfers over a short course of time like 4 to 5 in 1 hr or less depending on the amount of load screens I need to go through for a mission set. Like last night in the 3rd or 4th mission in the Iconian War series I had this happen a lot when doing the mission against M'Tara and her flag ship and also the one Delta Flight with all the load screens it would say connecting to server with red writing. This is when I know the lock up load screen is coming after it does this several times in a row I will get the locked load screen.
It can happen in any area of the game though not just missions but any amount of load screens after a while I get the connecting to server where the load times for them go from 0 to 100 and it stays in the 1 to 5 for about 5 minutes or it feels that way before it shoots to full load and moves on. Its when I start to get disconnected that I know the lock up is only a few more times till it happens. If you need any pc spec info I can post them if needed.
