Boff Ground Skills missing

I added a new purple quality Engineer boff and promoted her up to Commander but she has no ground skills, not even defaults. With the Character Status window open and her selected, she has ground skills listed on the Status Tab but on the Skills Tab her ground Ground abilities are blank, no defaults, no trained or untrained skills, nothing. When I add her to the default awayteam or try to beam down her ground skills are also blank. I've tried removing her and re-adding her to her station (space skills are fine) and I've restarted the game several times.

Sorry to hear about your issue mate.

Can you give me a little more information to go on and I'll certainly try to get a bug report submitted for you.

What race is the Engineering BOff you're using?
What skills was she listed as having before you opened the pack?
If you purchase/craft a training manual, do her skills show then?
If you slot the BOff into a space slot, do her skills populate?

Can post a couple of screenshots highlighting the issue?

Here are some screenshots. Her space skills are fine and show up at her station and both space and ground skills are listed on her status tab, but her ground skills are completely absent from the skills tab. She has no default ground skills listed so there is nothing to click on to bring up the purchased or unpurchased skills so applying a skill book is not possible. No skills are listed when she is added to the default away team or when selecting a team while beaming down during a mission. Thank you @bobsled624 for the assistance, I really appreciate it!
