I am so frustrated with this game. I am not happy with two issues as many are not.

I've been having problems with crashing at the loading screen unless I go in Safemode. Switching to DirectX 9 does not seem to help.
I have a second problem. The game will freeze during loading screens. Usually between 40-45 on the counter. The loading screen used to turn white. As soon as the AMD fix was released, now the screen doesn't turn white, but it still freezes and now I have to close it with taskmanager.
Freezing between maps causes a lot of playing problems. I often lose my transwarp and have to wait for the cooldown to expire. If I go into a PvE mission and it crashes, I lose my spot and get ejected out of the match. Sometimes I am even banned from doing that PvE for awhile.
I suppose you may think I'm complaining but the truth is that I've been waiting for a fix for a long time. Game started crashing at the loading screen since Season 9.x Delta Rising, 14 Oct 2014. Game started crashing between loading screens Season 10 The Iconian War, 21 Apr 2015.
I had a glimmer of hope when they had the crashing at the loading screen issue on Tribble and it was FIXED!! This was recently to allow people to test the new skill tree. But it didn't make it over to the main server. I don't know what all that means but it was so frustrating that it hasn't been fixed.
Let's put it this way, I don't have enough money to buy a new PC but I definitely have enough money to spend on the game. Before these issues, I was definitely spending money here, if not a lot, but a good portion for me anyways.
I really wish these would get fixed. I think you guys have the ability to fix it and in fact, I know you do after the loading screen issue was fixed on Trible for me. And it isn't a entirely me kind of thing, I hope that it is fixed for everyone that has the same issues.
I am more than willing to help give any information you may need to fix these issues to help track down the problem.

High-end PC also dont run well with this game.

but its very frustrating for those that have good hardware and still get only 5fps on most of the maps
