Carrier Pet Recall AI still broken

So, carrier pets still refuse to return to the carrier when the Recall order is issued and will still remain in combat.

    bug is still there...
    i cant dock my carrier pets with recall order
    any devs might wanna look into it?

    *very rare occasions they dock tho

    The should have a mechanism to force any ship out of Red alert mode. Which recall mode is really needed. Disengage > Drop Red alert > full impulse to mama goose > immediately dock when within "3km" of carrier.
    It will also be really interesting to be able drop red alert as a player too.
    OR just simply remove full impulse restriction in Red alert mode will be enough, at least for pets.
    Edit: Just want to add, the speed for pets should always 3~5x faster than carrier. Even my fighters always lag behind really long distance EVEN they're full impulse. Pet's speed should scale with carrier. Or simply make them fastest thing possible.
