just played the tutorial mission for the new TOS faction and it was really fun. There were a few bugs here and there but still enjoyed it didn't play any further to avoid spoilers and the starter ship was cool as well. the only thing I find dissapointing was there was no Caitian's at the character creator in the tos faction I really hope they get added later during the release but still it was fun.

Also did enjoy seeing the tricorders and weapons that were used in the tos era the transporter effect still needs to be worked on as i only seen the tos effect once and then it went back to 25th century style.

I noticed one or two things that are either place holder OR omens of the Temporal war.

    1. Dr Muller is Bajoran (place holder)
    2. Mullar and Gorpan are using 2410 phaser rifles, that could just be a place holder.
    3. As you get back to the ship, a Klingon walks past the open shuttle bay door using a Rommie disrupter rifle (I think this was intentional)
    4. Ensign Hunter looks remarkably like a young Daniels, this again could be place holder or an ancestor of Daniels or indeed Daniels.
    5. Skarvin is a 25th century Tellarite, but again maybe placeholder.

Too similar and unusual to be a coincidence, IMHO. That's so
Daniels, observing our captain to see if they're worth being recruited, or to make sure a Na'kuhl doesn't try to stab them in the back.

    Also:
-Spock talks during a cutscene. As I doubt they'd go back to cutscenes with silent characters, do you think Zachary Quinto will be back in the game?
-Nice foreshadowing of our next encounters with McCoy and Scotty during the Devidian arc.
-We've found Sulu! Could we get Takei to voice him, pretty please?

This is most likely the same issue Romulans have when using Fed or KDF boffs. Your Romulans will transport with the green effect and your boffs with the blue or red. They fixed this one and then it got broken again later. It's currently unfixed on Holodeck, thus since I'm assuming it's the same issue I doubt this will be fixed... at least 'permanently'.

A dev said this is a bug/placeholder. No clue on the rest.

Did anybody notice one of the scientists onTaurus II was called Halleck?, wondered if that was a reference to Gurney Halleck who Patrick Stewart played in the 1980's Dune movie.

Didn't think about that, but there was a Star Wars reference if you got past the whole "equip rifle" issue where one of your fellow officers mention that the Taureans will be back and in greater numbers.
