in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
The instructions on wiz kids are wrong. the last step should say its in the promotions tab. Just wanted you guys to know so someone can inform them to update the instructions @ http://wizkids.com/attackwing/sto/

Go to StarTrekOnline.com

Log into your account or sign up for free

Click the Arc logo at the top left of the Arc Client

Click “Redeem a Code” and enter your code

Launch the game and complete the Tutorial

Claim the item from the CStore in the “items” tab (PROMOTIONS TAB NOT ITEMS)

    Also, it should've been stated in the bog post that the contest is for US residents only.

    I guess it's difficult to remember that other people from around the world look at and play these things too.

    One additional thing. If you get an error message when trying to copy/paste your Code into Arc 'Redeem Code' function, type the code in manually (case sensitive) and it should work.

    This happened to me: copy/paste failed, but manual typing resulted in a tribble in the promo tab.

    And indeed it is such a strange Tribble - Inquisitive Tribble (+1.5 per cent Damage Resistance, +2 per cent Experience Points.

    i just tried to redeem my code, but the ARC redeem webpage gives error saying "unable to redeem code. Please try again later." trying to redeem it throught the arc client gives error saying "items could not be sent. Please login to STO and renter code" I tried having STO open and logged in while redeeming code, but it still gives error. I am not a new user. I have am a Lifer since 2013 and have been playing since the game went F2P. my main toon is Fleet Adm. Rank. Do i have to start a new toon before i can redeem this stupid thing?
    Star Treking, across the universe. Only going forward because we can't find reverse...

    I'm having the same issue

    Same problem here. Hope someone has a solution soon :(

    Correct, the actually contest is for US residents only (which is stupid IMHO)). i was only referring to the tribble, not the contest.

    Same here. Tried both copy/paste as well as typing in manually and got the same result. I'm thinking that maybe the codes need a few hours to register so I'll try again later.

    For past prizes they had a disclaimer stating that everybody that was not a US citizen could win a consolidation prize in Zen equivalent to the main prizes' value, but this time the disclaimer isn't there. pig-9.gifpig-11.gif​​

    Having similar issues, tried both ARC client and the webpage. Both copied and manual entry - unable to redeem

    Yeah I get the same errors on arc and the site not accepting the codes.

    Contacted support and within about and houre they said to try it again. Tried it via Website, worked just fine :smiley:

    If anyone else still has this problem, contact support and they'll a) get back to you and say try again, if that still doesn't work, b) ask you to send them your code and they'll take it from there.

    Quite suprised (though not complaining about) the expedient response :smiley:

    I can confirm its working now. just redeemed via ARC and it said success, and to login and check in-game mail
