abilities like Tricorder Scan, Resonant Tachyon Stream, Target Optics etc. don't display the expose chance anymore after today's patch. The actual expose effect on them doesn't work anymore either. I do have expose-traits also active, but nothing changes.
Expose does display/work normally on pulsewave alt-fires and probably on other weapon expose attacks though.
I would like to agree with this. Its a huge part of the game which has been used by a myriad of players INCLUDING those who play the Zen Store Races - Ferasan and Caitians who have a racial bonus to these abilities and are extremely invaluable to Ground Melee cat characters. Cloaking/Ambush etc.
OK, so this has been bothering me for a while so I've looked into it and whilst I can confirm that Tricorder scan has lost it's Expose ability in function and in it's information window. Target optics is also affected. I cant find any information to corroborate that Resonant Tachyon Stream was ever intended to grant an expose at all. If anyone has any screen shot's ect. anything other than hear say please could you provide me with them so I can add them to the OST forum post.
As for Nanoprobe infestation the information states and this is taken from my own science toon that it grants 11% chance to expose but stipulates that the expose chance is reduced by half on primary attack so that would be 5.5% for me.
Edit - As a result of my initial findings I've submitted a report with the OST so hopefully we can get this issue resolved. If I hear anything I'll post back in here to let you guys know.

You may have a trait or something else that is giving you an extra 6% chance to expose. For me, the description of Nanoprobe Infestation still says:
5% chance: Expose target for 8 sec
(*Expose Chance reduced by half on Primary Attack)
The correct expose chance is 10%; the 5% shown in the tooltips is half that.

Thanks for point out my error, I had Telepathic and Lucky traits slotted, I have indeed confirmed that I'm now seeing the same results you are.
As for the other items, Spartan has confirmed and submitted the issue, I'll add this to my post as well.

It needs to get fixed.
This is especially a bummer for my Tricorder-Sci build, now with this gone his DPS dropped big time.
Please fix.
Holodeck ticket 2,853,424: Expose chance of Nanoprobe Infestation halved from 10% to 5%
