Romulan Admirality System Not Awarding Campaign Points

When I logged in this morning, I started by collecting my Admirality missions. I received skill points, dilithium, etc., but no campaign points were awarded. I started 8 new ones, and this time wrote down the points promised. So far, 5 of the 8 have finished. Those five promised to award a total of 1,326 campaign points, but now (once finished and ready to collect) all campaign points are gone. Not even listed. I went to a different character, and on that character, all the campaign points are listed and awarded. I had worked my first character up to about mid-way between level 7 and level 8. This was my highest, so I don't know if my other characters will run into this issue once they get that high or not. I even completed a Tour of Duty (5 of 10) mission without receiving any campaign awards. Is this a known bug? Anyone else having this issue? I was to receive 684 Campaign points from the third mission down "Escort Colonial Convoy through Pirate Territory." I wait for completion, and then presto the points are gone! http://i.imgur.com/XSzpVuc.png. I even tried logging out, and verifying all files, but the problem remains. Can anyone help me with this issue?
