Locked in the overflow bag

I'm not sure what the deal is here but no lockboxes or any kind of reward crate will open from my inventory and hopefully this will get resolved.
Anyone having this issue?

    I tried to claim the free T3 ship today, my ship roster was already full, so it was supposed to go to my inventory. But its not there. I tried claiming it again and it said it was in the overflow. I have no overflow button to click on and plenty of room in my inventory.

    Also, on another toon, I can't open doffs that I bought from the fleet starbase. Says "Unable to open rewards packs with items in your overflow bag"

    GOOD LORD....... its broke.
