Ok, noticed this recently since the latest patch - every time I queue for an event (eg. Fleet Alert, Infected the Conduit) I find that I am not a part of the team of five people that have entered the mission. ie. It doesn't show my team to the left (by default) of my screen. At first, I wondered if it was just not showing my teammates, that it may be a visual bug. Selecting teammates and using team powers (eg. Tactical Fleet) proved that I simply am not part of a team, as the buff wouldn't show on other captains in the instance. Anyone else having this issue? Because for me, this is seriously frustrating now.
The other thing (not sure if it may be related or not?) is that whenever I end up in these instances without being part of the team, I end up with a new chat channel (it seems to be in place of team?) called [[UNTRANSLATED}ChatConfig_MessageType_Raid] (See screenshots below)
The only way I can remove this channel whenever it appears, is by changing character. If I join another instance, and do end up on a team, I then have no 'team' channel. I don't know if this channel issue is related to the problem above, but I started noticing both issues around the same time (last few days since the previous patch).
Both issues have become very frustrating, and I have never had this problem before. Any solutions? Or is it a known issue?

I have tried submitting a ticket to a GM, but so far no response.
Edit: Managed to fix it. You need to team up with someone else, then both of you need to join the same premade queue. This seems to fix the issue, as it worked for that queue and I tested it in a Breach run and that successfully added me to the team.
Nope, don't work for me! Hope a fix will come. Why is the devs so silent?
