Starship Upgrade Question

Hey all,

Quick question if I may :)

I have the C-Store T5 Prometheus on my account, and I also bought and upgraded a Fleet version to T5U of this one on one of my toons.

I'd now like to upgrade the base C Store version on a different toon - however it's asking for an upgrade token. I believed that upgrading the Fleet variant should also unlock a free upgrade on all toons on the account for the base version as well as the Fleet. Can anyone confirm please before I submit a support ticket?

EDIT - Advised by GM to file a bug report - ticket number 3,923,948.

    The C-Store and fleet version count as separate ships unfortunately.

    It works the other way round; buying for the C-Store ship unlocks it for the Fleet version, but not buying for the Fleet and then the C-Store version. Don't know why, it's been that way since the launch of T5-U...

    Doesn't help you now, but you'll know for future reference.

    that at least to me reads otherwise?

    No big deal in any event, I plan to get the T6 Prommy eventually

    If you're going to get the Hestia (T6 Prometeus) I would suggest getting the T6 fleet version of it later. It will cost one Fleet ship module and some fleet marks and dils but the fleet version is a bit better. Fleet versions are always better but only missing the 5th skill.

    he only exception to this is are the Command battlecruisers which can be considered as T6.5

    Been advised by the GM's to raise a bug report ticket and make a post in the bug section of the forum.

    So @jodarkrider or @askray - is there any chance you could move this thread to the bug reports forum please? Don't want to be creating duplicate threads :)

    I had the same with my MVAE. I upgraded the fleet version as, according to the patch notes, the cstore version would upgrade for free. Still hasn't

    I've raised this bug a couple of times in the past, and got no where. This exact upgrade works fine on other ships like the Fleet Sovereign T5-U and z-store versions. The MVAE ships have different names (z-store is called Multi-Vector where as all the others aren't), and I think someone got confused when making fleet and non-fleet versions only require one upgrade.

    I've since then got the t6 version, it's much better in any case.
