So is this being looked at, or are we just swinging in the wind?
Admirals Log Stardate....aaaahm....whats today's Stardate?
It exists, actually, under the "Basic" or section or whatever the farthest left one is. "Auto-equip items on newly-readied ships", I believe it's called.

That is an issue that really needs to be fixed , it does not matter if maintenance takes that bit longer as long as the problem is fixed

There is such an option in Options. I think the first tab. You can switch moving stuff to the new ship on and off.
Err..what lag and performance issues. The game runs fine over the pond with no lag or performance issues and I am not kidding!
Yup, in the "Basic" tab, 3rd option from the top.
Thank you, Trendy!
As a workaround I have had to give them to alts to open but now the bug in on them aswell.
Please fix this as its a pain in the TRIBBLE.
Count me in on that! I can sympathize with the inevitable slow paces of fixes, but it's discouraging to see such a tiny token list of "Known Issues" with every patch. I wish they'd realize that it only makes us shout more, not a mature response but it's the way our culture works. When we reach a certain threshold of public outrage, decision makers start listening. But we don't need to play that silly game. A lot of us would be appeased and in a more forgiving mood by just seeing simple acknowledgments of existing problems.
^^ this, there is clearly more than 4 known issues in the game but they dont list any. That makes people think either they dont care about the problem or haven't bothered reading support tickets or support posts on the forum. Either way it makes your customers very unhappy.
Pretty sure it's more of a sound of many tribbles chirping.
- things listed in "known issues" : bugs with a fix on the way soon (TM).
- if a thing is NOT listed in the "known issues" section of the patch notes, this does NOT mean that the dev team is NOT aware of the said issue, it simply means that a fix is not currently on the way and that the issue will be solved ASAP.

So is this "Working as Intended" or are you guys just flat out ignoring an issue that costs Lobi to purchase...
Considering this Item cost 200 Lobi, and an average drop from a Lockbox is 5 Lobi...thats 40 Boxes...at 125 Zen a box...thats 5000 zen ($50 Dollars) and you guys cant even fix it or acknowledge the issue...
Get your acts together
We get that. A vanity/appearance bug is not going to be high priority...that being said, there's been enough time elapsed that this should have been corrected.
The problem is, the longer Cryptic takes to fix stuff like this, the more suspicious the community will get of their intent to fix it.
I think it's very fair at this point to insist that Cryptic unlock these packs account-wide, after all the time and trouble it's cost paying customers.
