Anyone else not able to claim the freebies for the 6th Anniversary?

I went the first 2 days, the 26th and 27th. But for the next 3 days when I goto promos in the C-store, it is showing TRIBBLE as far as any further giveaways!! So how many others, for whatever reason are also not receiving these celebration freebies? I could care less what they are, it's the damned principal that matters to me!!!

    Got the first day freebie but nothing shows since......do we need a ticket?

    The ships are under the T4 ship section for me, not promotions.

    Unfortunately I don't have a high enough level character on all three factions to claim all three, just the one from federation side.

    Well if we are supposed to guess what the days freebie is and then have to go search for it, well that is just BS, since I was told to go back to the promo tab to collect my anniversary free gift, actually, everyone was told to return to the PROMO TAB EVERYDAY!!!

    It almost seems like there are less support people working there, when there really should be more since this is a new program and has run into obvious problems!!!

    Read those blog posts written by the Devs, c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y....

    The first couple of days the freebies WERE under Promos....the Fleet Dilithium and Specialization points.
    The next day: costume unlock for the Feds was stated as being under APPEARANCE tab in the store.

    And the T-4 ship, today, is in a third location:
    1. Log into the game on a character between 10AM PST on Saturday January 30 and 10AM PST on Monday February 1.
    2. Visit the in-game C-Store via the button on the minimap
    3. Navigate to the ‘Ships’ tab on the left
    4. Scroll down to and click on the ‘Ar’kala Tactical Warbird / Puyjaq Class / Sao Paulo Tactical Escort Refit” item
    5. Click the “Claim” button towards the bottom-right of the interface

    But if your character isn't at Captain, you can't claim the item for "future use"? I just started playing and am not at Captain, but would like to save this item until I get to Captain level... =(

    same here, since my captains aren't at Captain, they can't claim the free ship, and the Captains that are at captain and beyond can't claim them for the other faction... or the Romulans.

    Found the ships from 1/30. The instructions regarding where to look were helpful.

    When I did not find them under Promos, I just went to all of the other tabs. Yet under the costume tab, nothing was shown to be free!! I also went to the ships tab and guess what? Nothing free there either!!

    I see the ships on the ships screen for 100% off, yet it tells me I am not able to claim them, why, it doesn't give me a good reason, just says I am not elligable. TRIBBLE you Cryptic, if they are free, they should be free for all, not for some.

    I have not had any issues claiming freebies..... i would like it if the ships were claimable to people under the captain rank. Then just not usable until the appropriate rank. But hey, free is free. Has anyone seen or heard anything for 2-1-2016??

    I could not claim the T4 Suo Paulo freebie for some reason.

    Even though they posted that a fix was in, I still cannot get my freebies!!! Plus my ticket seems to be going ignored for some reason???

    WHAT A FRICKING JOKE!!!! I have been complaining since the third day of this so-called Anniversary freebie giveaway. In those complaints I explained how on the 3rd day I went to the Promos tab in the c-store. When that showed nothing that I could claim for free, I would then check every other tab. But when in the uniforms tab, there was jack to be claimed for free!! Then on the next day, I went to the Tier 4 ships tab. But yet again nothing to claim for free!! Now these people are telling me basically that I am SOL because the giveaway has ended! Can you believe that BS? Like I said before, it's not necessarily about the items. It is the principal of the matter and the fact that I've been complaining right from when the first time a freebie had nothing to claim!!!

    I can't seem to contribute my remaining voucher marks to get the 6th anniversary ship. I have 957 contributed vouchers and a total of 80 that I can't contribute! I have the total number of marks to get my ship, now I still can't get it, because I can't finish contributing my vouchers to get the ship! I posted a separate thread about this BTW.

    Anyone else have this issue?

    The only people who have issues about not being able to contribute their vouchers is down to stuff being in the overflow bag. Clear the overflow bag and you will be able to contribute them.

    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Yeah, found out about this as someone posted on my thread about this! Boy! Do I feel dumb! Well, it ain't so dumb if it helps out some other poor soul who don't know like I didn't. Thanks!

    BTW, I know you get the ship for all your characters you have, but what about characters you haven't created yet? Does anyone know?

    As soon as your new character has access to the Event Store (as of now, that means they have to be present at an event - Summer, Winter, or Anniversary ... that may change tho) they can claim the ship from the Account Awards tab.

    ... I may have the name of the Tab wrong - not on at the moment to look.
