Omega traces not going into account bank

Hi, I have noticed a problem that I hope they include in the next patch. I tried to consolidate the traces i earned from other chars and for some reason the traces wont go into the account bank. I had to manually mail one of my other chars. in order to go around this. On top of that it doesnt specify whether or not it is supposed to be character bound or not. Last year (2015) traces were transferable to the account bank without issues. Any idea if this is intentional?

    I noticed this as well. I have two other toons farming different color traces and had to mail them to my Omega crafting toon. Can't even put them into the personal bank either.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    They did a patch to fix this issue and still it is bugged. Can cryptic fix simple things in the game? I have to mail them to myself just to use them.

    18 characters
    KDF: 2 tacs, 2 engs, 3 scis
    KDF Roms: 3 tacs, 1 eng, 1 scis
    FED: 2 tacs, 1 eng, 2 scis
    TOS: 1 tac
    all on T5 rep (up to temporal)
    all have mastered Intel tree (and some more specs Points)
    highest DPS: 60.982

    Same here, as of sunday still occurring. I am not the only one either, every single player I know or have talked to is still experiencing this, so.... BUMP!

    I can confirm that not only is this happening for the account bank, but the regular character bank as well; tried putting all types of the omega particles and nothing happened, whereas all the other types of R&D materials could be placed in without trouble. Even trying to put in a certain number of omega particles failed to do anything.
