I would like a FREE upgrade to T5-U speciality vessels. Although, I can't say as I'm bothered at using the Intel abilities, it would just be interesting at what the Trait would be.
So far only one non-cstore ship has been T6ed and that is the Jem'Hadar Strike ship.... time will tell if that was a one off.
Mobius Destroyer was definitely not C-Store. Pretty sure it was just a lockbox ship. So, now that they're effectively releasing a T6 Wells, wouldn't mind seeing a T6 Temporal Destroyer either, is all.
Mobius is a Lobi Store Ship. You know since they come from the 29th Century shouldn't they already be like Tier 17, so Tier 6 is not asking for much you know.
What did the Ferengi do remove a seat on the Bridge? Take out the circuits that allowed them to be Intel/Pilot/Command Ships and now they decide not to do that anymore with the new ships.
I could see this with 'contemporary' ships but not ones from the far future. They must have the circuitry they pulled out in a box in the garage or so. So we pay them a bit of Lobi to put it back in.

I have the T5U Mobius, and tbh it does not need upgrading to T6 as it already has 11 Consoles. It's still a very potent ship. I'm not gonna go all-in to get the same ship for a 5th Trait and extra Boff ability!

I'd be nice, but they'll charge you for the new one too. It won't be an upgrade. I'd like the paradox to be able to use the krenim ship pieces, or better yet the mobius. that cannon console on a mobius would be fun.

We said so, but think it should be a Lobi Upgrade to the existing T5U. So because of the difference in a Lobi T5U ship (800 Lobi) to T6 Lobi Ship (900 Lobi) they can charge 200 Lobi for the Upgrade (100 difference and 100 extra profit). You know the price of a pair of Leeta Hotpants in the Lobi Store.

Way I fly mine now, is with TS1/TS2 slotted as well, leaving me only a single copy of EPtS1. The extra boff slot would allow me to use both EPtS1/EPtW2. With the new Weapons Power Cycling Trait (or whatever it's called precisely, not in game right now), I'd hate losing the EPtW.

It's a game...not everything is perfect or realistic...if that were true if you died you're dead...stupid to argue about silly things.
T5U ships aren't going to be upgraded to tier 6...they aren't going to go back and add seats to each T5 ship...they aren't going to add a ship trait to every one. It's just not logical...sorry your favorite ship is left out...but it just isn't going to happen...and if you do see your ship as T6, you're going to have to purchase a new one.

Don't fret, I accepted that a long time ago. Just an idea about ships from the future as I stated.
Funny how the Tholian Tarantula and Recluse can use the Mesh Weaver Frigates from the get-go without having to own anything else. But for the JHDC, you need to own the JHAS/JHSS/JHRS which they monetized the heck out of.

Why? I would certainly wouldnt want a T6 Mobius and I would actually consider strange anybody who would want a T6 Mobius. Apart from the look, wich is nice, why any1 wants another destroyer/escort when there are soo many, way better even? Also the cannons are where there are and to use beams on an destroyer/escort seems blasphemy against the canon, to me at least.

Hmm, for Recluse case, I remember there were "simpler" times back then and the JDHC didnt apeared to introduced that trend wich later found its way into elachi dread and breen dread/carrier.
As for the Tarantula, dunno, i sense something else is going on. I, and is not just me, was expecting that ship, along with the temporal dread, to be put in a promo pack or a very rare chance drop like the Vomph. Was actually very suprinsed it wasnt. Still think that was the plan, but someting changed in the last minute. Becouse as seen in the first day, the mesh weaver was ment, at some point, to be T6, hence the announced that was poping like crazy, but its was made T5.
Well with the Lobi Ship (Paradox) and a Lockbox Ship (Tarantula), they really had no where to go with the Mesh Weaver except to the extra special super duper prize opening like you stated for the Vonph. As that wouldn't work they would have to put the Paradox in the box, put the Weaver in the Lobi Store, and Tarantula as the extra special. Perhaps they decided after the Annorax and Vonph it would just be best to go back to the older way since DR released, with a T5 upgradable with a Token. They could then concentrate on making their money on Leeta's Hotpants instead.

Got a Paradox yesterday and finished up on the Mastery a little while ago. Probably get one more in a few weeks on my other Fed Sci. That one has the Wells and Mobius (and Aeon) so will have a complete Temporal 'Fleet'.

I actually would rather see them put out a Tier six Temporal carrier that can use either the more tactical oriented Mobius or the more science oriented wells temporal ships as frigate pets. It would even be nice if we could use parts from the wells and Mobius temporal ships on the temporal dreadnought.
I honestly would not mind seeing either a lobi or c-store method of adding a speciality seat to a ship that does not have a speciality ship for a price, and also with a limit of no seats over Lt to Lt. commander ranking.

Technically we haven't seen T6 versions of any lockbox ships as the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship was never in a lockbox, per se.
I still hope they'll look at doing something like a 400 Lobi upgrade fee for the old lockbox ships. That's big enough to encourage people to consider a new ship first but small enough you don't have quite so much risk of alienating big spenders.
I think a big thing to consider as they bring new ships forward is if the right BO specializations exist.
Intel for JHAS makes sense. The Mobius would be, what? Command? I think it needs a spec that doesn't exist yet to justify T6.

I agree with you that something between 300-400 zen to upgrade a lockbox/lobi ships, but also I think that a lobi/zen purchase that might allow you to choose a specialty to add to one of the seats on your tier five ship would be nice (I am thinking make it only able to be done on a seat up to lt. commander rank). This would give ships that you do this with like t5 upgraded,lockbox/lobi ships versitility an more customization, but honestly over time i would hope that they would release it that you could do this even with teir six ships swapping out a existing speciality seat for a new on on a seat of your choice.
For the Mobius at least for me I always found myself thinking it would be mix of pilot/Intel both on the two Lt rank seats (or maybe just full pilot with it on the Lt. commander seat either), where as the Wells would be full Intel with the seat on the lt commander seat either the science or the uni seat. The reason i think this is how they are said an look like they were modeled after atmospheric planes giving them both a agile look, but for me atleast the wells feels more like a ship that woul dbe used for recon an info gathering compared to the Mobius that feels more like a dog-fighter type ship.

It's the closest to the Wells. in that it's the only other Temporal Science ship, but then T6. But I digress.

No. I prefer them concentrating on making new ships like the Paradox and Tarantula. Those are some damn good looking ships.
