CAN'T CLAIM DS9 BUNDLE AGAIN

Why is this a constant problem it seems any toon I try to claim it on I can't I keep getting Unable to complete transaction:item cannont currently be purchased before anyone say's anything NO I DO NOT have anything on this toon no weapons pets nothing it is a ongoing problem can someone please fix this for me so I can claim it thank you
