Haven't Been able to Log in for almost 2 weeks.

I just get stuck on the loading screen... really sucks when I wanted to claim the anniversary gift.

    Ok, now I'm very ticked. I finally got in. And I missed the anniversary clothes. Is there any way someone in the support team could give them to me? I tried to log in yesterday, but I wasn't able to for 2 weeks up till yesterday. Suddenly, it works today.
