No Reward after Survey

Hi,

i got an email form ARC that i can participate on a survey (via Surveymonkey) and will get 5 Spec Points as Reward. I answered all questions and finished the survey - this was 3 days ago and i still get no Reward in STO.
Should the Reward be available via mail or in the Zen Store (Promotion Tab)?

    i got a code Today and used it but it dont shows me anythink in the Zen Store/Promotion Tab
    18 Cpt on the way to 60: 14 of them are already 50 or over 50, one is 60 and 3 almost 43

    Hi,

    finally i got my code two days ago. I used it and got 10 Spec. Point via ZEN Store. Thank You Cryptic :-)

    looks like i got 5 Points too on all Cpt (or on all that were at 60) and if the Pet ist not new i already had it

    today we got a new Code for the Orange Tabby Cat ... have it already on my main Cpt but the others dont had it ... nice but not a must have... like the Red Matter or the AR 116 Alpha
