Flight Deck Officer CD reduction....

So after setting up my carrier and having my 2 hangar bays filled with Elite pets, i went and got myself 3 X purple Flight Deck Officers.
Each was meant to give: Reduces the recharge time of Hangar Bays by -4 Seconds.
After testing and timing it, Myself and a few fleet members have discovered its actually only -2 seconds to the recharge Time instead the stated -4 Seconds.

    I can confirm this and have raised with the Operational Support Team.​​

    I tested this using the Herald Vonph Dreadnought Carrier, with Delta Flyer and Danube Runabout as pets, and 3x Blue Flight Deck Officers. Reload time is the same with or without the officers: 30 seconds.

    It might be interacting oddly with the Carrier mastery trait, what is the result when using it on an escort carrier?

    it is the Same time, even tested on my Sheshar dreadnought only 2 Seconds.....
