Greetings Captains!
We will be having our holiday scheduled maintenance tomorrow 1/7 at 7AM PST for 2 1/2 hours. We will be just performing a shard restart, so there are no patch notes. Unless I start making them up. You don't want that to happen.

New Feature: Torpedo speed has been increased by 1000%, and inflict increased dmg as enemy shield hp weakens!

Junae, Girquay, Meman'Ikan, Deanna, Elisa Flores, Nuno Espadinha, Heidi, Kolez, T'Vrell, Zarva, Vocan, Oeshi
* Fire at Will is being changed so every hit is crit and not only will it crit but bypass all shields and grant full pen
* Cannons base dmg is being reduced by 90% and CSV and CRF up times halved.
* All Borg in Space missions now have a "oh TRIBBLE" feature where if the system detects a player activating Fire at Will the Borg immediately surrender, scuttling their own ships and the mission ends with full reward. Note we are renaming the Borg to La Pansies
* Fire at Will is being renamed the "I Win Button"
* All KDF and ROM Aligned players will find themselves integrated into the FED and anyone currently in a KDF fleet will have to join a FED one. (Dev's are tired of being told they are neglecting the KDF/ROM's so are doing away with separate factions so KDF/ROM's can benefit from UFP content)
Note KDF cannot fly FED/ROM ships nor can they use KDF ships as KDF ships are not part of the FED and will not be ported. KDF cannot play the UFP feature episodes, nor can they visit ESD/SFA or use FED DOFF/BOFF or any other FED specific items.
* All bugs are features like them or leave
* Lag is a feature like it or leave
* Crystal Entity is having its hit points buffed to 5000000000000000000 and no longer takes damage from any weapon type. (That'll teach you to kill it under 30 secs)
* Engineering and Science classes are being retired as nobody plays them anyway. PEW PEW

*provided Romulans are given their own faction & fleet/faction zone-access restrictions are removed

*The pop-up requesting players to report to the DS9 ops office and stroke Sisko's ball.
*Doff packs dropping items named "dude" "awesome" "TRIBBLE" super-kirk" "green-lantern" "doffman."
*Select sections of mission text for Tuvok appear incorrect; "Nobody steps on a church in my town!" "If it bleeds we can kill it." "I am Tuvok McLeod of the clan McLeod." "Get to da choppa!"

The studio's only been back at work for a few days after the holiday break. Now's not the time to asking "why haven't they fixed X yet?" Answer: time with family and friends, and building Santa traps (because hey we all do that, don't we?)

Only 8 days left in the event. Highly doubtful they'll fix the flag exploit. Now if you're talking about bunny hoppers, I thought jumping was a valid mechanic.
