Can't get into any team when playing PvE missions

Since 3 days ago, whenever entering a random PvE battle, I'm always alone in team (I never get into one).. I already opend a ticket, but they said they can't help me and I have to write a bug here.

The problem doesn't happen on my alts, only on my main character athena@luckyeleven

The problem is ongoing for 3 days... already canceled subscription as your support is as crappy as it gets.

    Are you at least capable of running the missions when you get into them or what happens? If you can at least run the missions then it's just a matter of why it's not grouping you on the team. You're not the first person I've seen this happen to and in fact I turned in a report the other day on this myself. had a guy in a mission that was in the run with me but not on team. You'll see some weird stuff if you stick around long enough in a game dude. we'll get you sorted out.

    I have the same issue on my account, I can still play with STF, It just does not put me in a team group, any help would be appreciated. Patrick Wilks@patrick1711

    I'm having a 25% chance. Disconnneted had to put into safe mode because it continued to lockup the load screen. Btw, Gateway to Gre'thor is now acting like Borg Disconnected used to: freezes right after briefing and if you can get back in, gives you Argonite instead of Radiogenic Particles. I was hoping the "shard restart" meant that all of the patches had been Q&A'd and resent. Looks like I expected too much...
