On my main (Fed Tac) I'd been using the Oddy for well over a year, maybe two? Upgraded to T5U and capped out the levelling there, but it was getting a little too comfortable and I wanted to challenge myself and mix things up a bit.
Been flying the Vesta (T5U) on and off since the Summer to take advantage of it. It's good, but I get better results with it using my alt sci officer so I've left it as a project that I'll go back to eventually. More recently I gave the Presidio a bash to see how I'd enjoy that and, to be honest, I think it suits me a lot better.
Not true about the Breen Plesh Brek being the only Raider available to the Feds. The Aquarius and Fleet Aquarius available from the Shipyard Vendor also has Raider capabilities. You need the Fleet Version upgraded to T5U to match the number of consoles.

Lets see...(forgive the vague names, I never remember the ship class names)
Theres the Kor, which is self explanatory as its a bop and bops are awesome
The t6 gumby - as its a pretty great torpedo platform despite it not being readily apparent due to the lance and trait power
The Mat'ha as I loaded it with every piece of 'dakka' I can load onto it (pds, spinal shotgun cannon, dhcs, turrets, quad cannon, biomol barrage and other things) as its just fun to activate everything and see this little ship firing such an absurd amount of 'bullets'
The Samsar as its pretty versatile
The pilot raptors as, well, I like zooming about like a madman
The Risan Corvette as the above
The command ships (likely the science type) as they can be used in many ways from cannons to torps to turrets
The Breen Carrier as its the closest the kdf will ever get to a t6 mirror vo'quv
The Breen escort destroyer (the one thats not the raider) as my 'borgrengi' flies that and it just looks 'borgish' when kitted in borg gear
Fedwise, theres my fleet sci ship (as I found a few fleet modules in the bank) thats as close in build to my t5fu dssv as possible (I like having science - some ships are called science ships but only have the bare minimum of sci slots to justify it) and the Not-D'kora as my Ferengi, with his all Ferengi crew flies that
Roms are just a mix of Scimtar (not faw, except one I made to test dyson polarons - Yes, I fly a torpedo scimtar and a turret-tar!), event ships and the t6 ha'apax type ship
Of course, thats currently...give it a month and I'll resssurect an old ship and see what craziness I can create
I fly a lot of ships, depending on what characters I play.
Currently it's mostly:
Valiant (using a mix of Defiant and Sao Paulo pieces)
Pathfinder (using Phatfinder saucer, hull and nacelles and intrepid pylons)
Scryer
Negh'Tev (using Qu'Daj and Neg'Var parts mostly)
Kara (using Kara, Ha'feh and Ha'nom parts)
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
My main character, a Human Tactical, flies the Fleet Manticore, cannon/quantums. I really like the vet ship as it gives a nice balance between an escort and a cruiser. It may not be as nippy as a regular escort, but it can take more of a beating.
My Liberated Borg Engineer goes with the Fleet Andromeda, a nice ship to fly that can take the strain under fire.
My Betazoid Science, the Fleet Jupiter. I've not really played them much lately so I can't vouch for the Jupiter, but I've never really played with the carriers before so I thought I'd give it a try.
Despite the Phantom perhaps being the better choice, I do enjoy the Valiant class. The torpedo console can really hit like a train when it's fully loaded.
currently, none. I stay in game 10-20 minutes. thx to the admiralty system. With this system, I can earn everything without the need to do these crappy stfs.
I got the Fed command cruiser bundle in the ship sale and my god do I love the Geneva class! I'm running it as a heavy torp/siege platform, basically a modification of my build from my Pathfinder torp boat. The ship allows for a similar kit setup. It seems to be essentially unkillable so far and the barrage of torps it can lay down is truly mental with 8 guns. Fire off grav well 1 then sit back and lay siege to the poor buggers trapped there! The hanger helps out too.
Best thing though is I love having a massive cruiser and people expect it to be a BFAW-fest but are supprised at the lethal kinetic barrage it throws out instead.
My Klingon Toon = Tal Shiar Adapted BattleCruiser
The Adapted BattleCruiser is so ugly that it's beautiful. It's a well balanced battlecruiser that really doesn't get the respect that it deserves.
My Vulcan Federation Toon = The Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier
Honestly, what other reason would you need to pilot a JHDC? In my opinion that ship is the most bad-TRIBBLE looking carrier in the game. Arguably the JHDC is the King of the "Tactical" Carriers (second would be the Kar'Fi).
One day Cryptic will be free from their Perfect World overlord. Until that day comes, they will continue to pamper the whales of this game, and ignore everyone that isn't a whale.
Fed Eng: T5U Sovereign because, well, it's a Sovereign. It's never let me down and I won't be letting go of it until a T6 version comes out.
2nd Fed Eng: T6 Heavy Escort Carrier because I loved the T5 version that I bought because it sounded intriguing. Explodes slightly less often than the Klingon equivalent for some reason.
Rom Sci: T5U Dyson Science Destroyer I got in the 2014 anniversary event. My build for it probably isn't the best, but it gets jobs done while looking stylish.
KDF Tac: Flight-deck Raptor because I enjoyed flying the Qin and the escort carrier bundle happened to come out with something sorta based on that class. Tends to explode if anything looks at it funny, but I've had fun with it.
Ship: Jupiter
Why: Love the design. Can still use most of my Part/Grav Gen setup, but with added benefit of being a carrier. Can pick a bridge I actually like.
Ship: Palisade
Why: Awesome drain boat. Aceton console great for drain, along with Dominion Polaron's and 5 FlowCap consoles. Voth 3pc battle cloak.
Ship: Annorax
Why: Huge...Science...chaos. AOE Torp boat, massive amounts of Part/Grav Gen for 'super' Grav Wells. Very high shield modifier. And...well...it's a Annorax :P
