helemets missing from tailor

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Just wondering if anyone else is having issues equipping helmets in the tailor. The only costumes that I can equip helms for are maco and omega no other's I have been trying to put my voth helm on again ( wear it often so I know there is one) The category tab is missing from all other costumes. Any ideas welcomed

    Can confirm on my KDF Alien Female.
    Missing: Honor Guard Helmets, Voth Armor Helmet, Counter Command Exo Armor Helmet, Omega Force Helmet, off-duty Khan headwrapping...
    Strangely I still got my Hirogen helmet.

    well filed a bug report got a number (3830429) and cant find any record of this ticket number 1gig update and still having issue with unable to equip helms........

    Alien female here to. Seems something has been removed or changed in the tailor. I can still quick load costumes which have helmets just not select them again when in the tailor.

    The whole Category option is missing on my human female, specifically for the Omega, Delta, and Voth costumes. I can also confirm the Khan facewrap is missing from off-duty, but the vedek hood and knitted cap are still there.

    Maco and uniforms seem to be working okay.

    Have 2 KDF Alien Females with no Helmets and Wraps option in the tailor. 1 with the KHG and Vaadwaur Officer sets and both with the Khan coverings.

    I can confirm this too; in my case, with a Vulcan female character.

    When setting the outfit type to:
    • Counter Command Exo Armor
    • "Undine Armor" (the one from the lobi store)

    The "Category: Humanoid / Hats / Helmets and wraps" option in the "head" section is not visible at all, making it impossible to equip the helmet for those two armor visuals. O.o


    Also, when trying to load a saved outfit that previously had the helmet equipped, I get the following error:
    [System] [CostumeChanged] Unable to use this costume in this slot due to type or old costume data.
    "Ad astra audacter eamus in alis fidelium."
    -
    "To boldly go to the stars on the wings of the faithful."

    Both my current charecters have no helmets and they are both klingon female

    but my old human male charecter does.

    the only exception is the helmet from the herald combat armor from the lobi store. that seems to work fine.

    I have bought the herald combat armor Didn't know it had a helmet as it hasn't appeared in my tailor.

    well another update no fix for the tailor issues and not even a mention in known issues. something tells me this is going to be a long running problem, I have submitted a bug report has anyone else

    There is nothing listed under known bugs. May be someone has seen a response from a dev elsewhere?

    I also have helmet isue but also cant find all my winter cloth ether ???

    my Herald head I cannot see the head on the gear herald tactics set

    I can equip all helmets, my male bridge officer can equip all helmets, but my female bridge officers can only equip the MACO helmet. All others don't appear as an option, and attempting to load them from a saved outfit returns the same error Kelettes mentioned. Apparently there have been a number of issues with helmets, even on players, some can equip this helmet or that, but no others. It seems like it might be gender specific, and the usable helmet largely random.
