Limited Customer Support During Holidays

With the holidays quickly approaching, we wanted to make sure that our community is aware of some potential delays in customer support. Our team is thrilled to have you join the ranks of our games including Star Trek Online, Neverwinter, PWI and more during the holiday season. However, we also want to make sure that our staff has some time to celebrate with their family as we march into 2016. Our offices will be officially closed from December 24 to January 4 to celebrate the holidays and New Years.

Some players may experience a small delay in customer support and communication from our social channels including Facebook, Twitter, forums, etc. We will have team members that will be working during the holidays and will look to address any concerns as soon as possible. We appreciate the patience and thank you for a great 2015!

    I hope you and yours enjoy this Christmas season and I hope the server doesn't take a nosedive on you while everyone is gone.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Merry Christmas from me to all at Cryptic. Thank you again for helping make Star Trek come to life for me.

    Last year at this time I was pessimistic about the game's future, feeling that DR was driving too many from the game. But are now rolling with the new style of the game, and I think we will have a great coming anniversary year. Hopefully we can even grow the playerbase due to the anniversary.

    I hope everyone has a great holiday.

    WOW... must be nice to get an officially sanctioned complete week of vacation during the holiday period for the whole office.
    Unless of course it's an Unpaid one.
    Then it's a bummer.

    well i'm not surprised someone beat me to it. usually when i contact customer support it takes so long for someone to get back to me that i forget that i even sent in a ticket XD

    The CSV ended early, so we're going to be bringing it up an extension for folks who missed out due to it going down earlier than planned. Sadly due to the lack of folks here during winter break (I'M THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE WHY GOD WHY I CAN SCREAM AND NOBODY CAN HEAR) there will be just the slightest of delays getting back up instead of immediately. :)

    So Trendy is the only person left in the office? Does this mean you are in charge by default?

    This is a perfect plan and nothing can possibly go wrong! Such as accidentally deleting Neverwinter or something.

    Seriously though, that sucks. Hope you at least get to leave early tomorrow.
