I've been thinking for a few days about how in the mission "Stormbound", you send the Tox Uthat back to an Un-inhabited Risa. The problem is that means no reason for Prof. Estrogan to try to find it for half a lifetime, because only The Player, and Kal Dano know there was a Tox Uthat.
Other than that, there's the question of if you should have bothered having Dano's timeship even returning to the 2400's, since he was just going to end up going to end up back to some pre-22nd century date due to battle damage. It might have been better if you had the Vorgons, or some yet unknown faction show up, ambush us, and cause the damage just after beaming up from Risa.

Really! Obviously you don't understand time-travel, word of mouth nor the fact Risa was inhabited. Pay attention!
Or perhaps it happened in a completely different way..

Ooops. Perhaps I should not skim through the comments before replying next time. Apologies Gulberat for the unintended duplication in our posts. Point is OP, with a bit of imagination you can easily explain away any inconsistencies in the plot. Even the line about colonists, as I thought Dano said "tourists" when I played the episode.
Why are you apologizing? I thought you did a better job of explaining it than I did.

He actually says "the tourists". Risa has a native population, so you more than likely mis-heard.
And, as said, tourists, not colonists.
