Goggles

i saw a player yesterday with goggles on that looked like something out of world war 1 that pilots would wear

but no one seems to be helping me find out where these goggles came from,
and before you all start whining at me saying "look at event rewards" and stuff:

1) i've checked all event rewards its not from the risian event or last years winter
2) its not part of any c-store costume, i've looked at all available costumes in the store just to make sure
3) it cannot be the reman goggles this guy was an andorian besides the fact they looked like actual goggles WW1 pilots wore
4) there's nothing on the exchange that has goggles in a reward package, quite literally my searches churn up a vacuum of nothing.

so can anyone help me find out where these goggles came from?

He was probably a Reman (or using a tailor bug if he was something else). Remans have a WW1 style googles

it was definetly not the reman goggles reman goggles cover the ears, these were just goggles with a band going round the back, no earphones or anything

Those are the ones that come from the fleet dilithium mine holding if the tailor there is unlocked, it's part of a special costume you can buy there.
