Wrong messages of the day for fleet holdings

Changing the message of the day for one fleet holding appears to change the message of the day for every other fleet holding. This is a display error only; the other messages of the day do not actually change. Restarting the game client fixes the problem.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log on to a character with permission to change the messages of the day for the fleet holdings.
2. Open the fleet window.
3. Make sure that each fleet holding has a different message of the day, as shown below.

4. Click on the "Holdings" tab of fleet window.
5. Click on the "Dilithium Mine" tab.
6. Change the message of the day for the dilithium mine. You must click on a blank spot on the fleet window after you finish typing. Otherwise, the UI will ignore your change.

7. Click on the "Embassy" tab. Notice that the "Embassy" tab displays the message of the day for the dilithium mine.

8. Click on the "Spire" tab. Notice that the "Spire" tab displays the message of the day for the dilithium mine.

9. Click on the "Starbase" tab. Notice that the "Starbase" tab displays the message of the day for the dilithium mine.

10. Exit and restart the game client.
11. Verify that each fleet holding has the correct message of the day.
