  Just a couple of thoughts on this... 1) try minimzing and then re maximizing your game... if that doesn't help, turn down your graphics settings. I know several folks whose graphics were reset to default on launch of season 11...and this can lead to overheating of GPU and or CPU or Graphics memory...that can lead to this screen corruption.
  There are other graphics bugz since launch of season 11 but all can be immediately fixed by this solution. All that I know of anyway: this includes screen getting very dark and items being dragged having their icons attach themselves to your cursor.

  I had that same thing in that same mission. I just assumed it was supposed to be that way. My comp is very high end, so it ran smoothly, just thought it was deliberate. It hasn't done it since.

  The Game itself is nothing. The playing of it...? Everything !!

  have you tried forcing dx9 instead of dx11?
