in Star Trek Online General Discussion
is there a way to contact support to fix this game so it can be played with out "server not responding" showing up and game constantly kicking you out ?
seems i cant contact them as it gets stuck in loading all the time

    why where i'll get directed to a spot where it will stay in "waiting for support to answer" and wait for a hr and still waiting on those lazy butt holes to get off thier azz's to finally answer 6 days later

    every time i do it resets back to it

    well maybe when try to get support and get a run around i wouldn't resort to that , after 2 days and sorry of an excuse for support , oh go here go there then get sent right back to same place every time , this TRIBBLE gets old after a couple hrs

    cant even send in a damn email to company with out it showing there is no company by that name

    Also, starting multiple duplicate threads in the wrong forum is another thing against the terms of use. You might want to edit the title to "delete me" and remove your first post.

    You need to come to the realization that you are not special. You problem goes into a que with all the other tickets and are processed in the time theybare received. Having disconnecting issues, lag issues require a large amount of information from you to diagnose.
