Is anyone else having trouble claiming Leeta from Arc? I contributed but I can't find the link to enter the redemption code. I saw someone had to re-install the client, but when I tried, it's PC only, I use a Mac. is this another case of mac users being left out, or am I just blind? I'm not horribly concerned about the claim, I did my part by contributing and that matters more. However, it's bugging me that I can't claim what I was awarded.

    Go under manage subscriptions, it will take you to a Cryptic login

    That's for redeeming 25 digit keys from purchased game versions.

    For the Groupees items, go to: https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem

    Make sure you're logged in to your account.

    The only way I know of is to have Arc installed. There's a drop down menu on the top left hand side that has the Redeem Keys option.

    Thanks for correcting me on that.
    By the way, did anyone noticed that the Mac version shares the exact same executable that the windows version uses, just emulated with a varient of WINE?
