Can't get my Type 10 shuttle!

The C-store won't let me reclaim my DS9 bundle anymore... and thus I cannot get my Type 10 Shuttle for the admiralty system!
Whats going on here anyway? I never had problems reclaiming the bundle in the past.

    The Bajoran ground weapons are the problem. You're limited to 1 of each and if you have either you can't reclaim the bundle.

    If you haven't upgraded either Bajoran weapons, discard them. You should be able to reclaim the bundle then (which will give you the weapons back).

    There is a workaround though: equip the Bajoran weapons on bridge officers (useful if you have actually upgraded either). For some reason the c-store only checks your character, inventory, and character bank, but doesn't check to see if they're equipped on boffs.

    Also check your bank to see if you already have the Type 10 shuttle in the box. This happened on 1 of my characters. You can't reclaim the bundle either if you already have the shuttle from it, even after discarding the Bajoran weapons.

    Edit: After opening the box for the shuttle to add it to your ship roster, open your inventory and click the 'Overflow Bag' button. There will be a Type 10 non-combat space pet in there. With it in your inventory you can summon it in space to follow you around. In fact, most c-store shuttles come with a non-combat space pet version of them, such as the Type F, Yellowstone Runabout, To'duj Fighter, etc., and the pets always go into the overflow bag. If you discard the pet you'll need to discharge the shuttle and reclaim a new one to get another copy of the pet.

    is yours a delta toon ? i have like 20 regular fed toons none of them have the problem but my one level 60 delta toon can not reclaim it i have discarded everything that belongs to this pack

    I couldn't reclaim my shuttle either....
    So after reading the forums, I deleted the weapons, doffs, and didn't have the pet (deleted that long ago)
    I still can not reclaim the shuttle...now I can't reclaim the weapons or doffs...
    THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

    Yeah. Item lock-outs due to how the bundles are interpreted has grown tiresome. Very unfriendly to the player's.

    You don't need to reclaim the DS9 bundle to get the shuttle. Go to the shipyard and select small craft and you can reclaim the type 10 shuttle from there for free.

    EDIT Nevermind that was the type F from the TOS bundle I did that with not the type 10. Not sure why it is not giving you the type 10 shuttle box in your inventory when you reclaim the DS9 bundle.

    Its my old original character, Its not just the shuttle, I cannot reclaim the entire bundle at all, even after deleting stuff.

    Sometimes It takes a while (Up to a few weeks before the game registers you no longer have the items.

    Upgrading the Bajoran Phasers caused a bug that removed the Unique tag from them, but apparently that bug was fixed. So if you have the Bajoran phasers upgraded then they also have to be deleted to reclaim the pack.

    Maybe if you clear your computers Cache?

    Side note, if you have the Mirror Leeta, boff, she has the Bajoran phaser pistol With the leveling ability, at common and no unique tag so you can dismiss her and reclaim her as often as you want while keeping the pistol. But this pistol can not be upgraded.

    Well that's just weird.... Just switched character like I have done so many times before and all of a sudden the DS9 pack is claimable again.

    Well the character I had trouble with the other night (Fed) that did not have they Type 10 is now able to claim the Bundle. I got rid of the pistol and rifle and re-logged the other night and the C-Store said I already had it. Must be slow at clearing it up.

    Actually I didn't, for me it's still registering the unique tag even on my boffs. I've been trying to get my doffs back. I aint deleting 6 Mk XIV Bajoran Phaser pistols. The doffs aint worth that.
