I have made 100s of transactions using paypal and I have always got the conformation email from paypal themselves within seconds of making the payment so this should have at least showed up on my paypal account and it didn't.
when you are trying to buy something that is limited in number as the T6 bundle was you expect a speedy transaction or else you end up paying the money and not getting the item you were after.
most disappointed with this.

well like I said earlier I cancelled the transaction, there should be no delay with this as you are signing into paypal when you make the payment, that's why its so fast.
there is just no reason at all why the payment should not have been verified on the groupees site within seconds and certainly should have shown up on my paypal account if nothing else.

I never thought of that - if part of Ms. Masterson's deal for the voiceover work was for Cryptic to pony up some codes to give to her charity, that's a great idea. Looks like it paid off well for them.
Hmm... Wasn't there some kind of policy that Cryptic can't make actual characters from the shows parts of PC's crews (unless it's android/hologram that's totally not that character, even if it looks the same?)
Was Mirror Leeta in the shows? I gotta admit I missed all of those mirror episodes in DS9.

EDIT: OK, figured it out. The page at Groupees with the codes has a link to the arcgames page where you can redeem the codes. https://arcgames.com/en/redeem/ Just input the codes there, no ARC launcher necessary.

It took 10.5 hours for me to get my codes and a support ticket. Maybe being due to using credit card? But was able to get 4 of the $1 things i didn't already have, and the T6 pack, and the Holo Mirror Leeta Boff. I disappointed she doesnt have space traits, and since shes not customizable she just be put on a pedestal to look at, maybe make a B team of odd ball exclusive special boffs that run around in different clothes.
And ill just take the from the traits from two of the T6's, i already was flying the Matha.
The people who complain "how do you run out of digital content" are being really really dense in the head. IT WAS A LIMITED EDITION EXCLUSIVE THING, THEY PURPOSELY ONLY MADE 2500 KEYS FOR THE CHARITY TO INDUCE A MAD RUSH TO MAKE MONEY FOR CHARITY. So please, i bet you know that.
