They Need To Fix The T6 Kara moduale discount Bug

Well thats 2 updates and not even a mention of the bug from the devs they need to realize that people play non fed toons and fix their game.

    As much as I know these things can take time. I am getting to the point of agreement. I have been waiting since I want to actually using the fleet version I can afford if only they would fix the issue causing me to HORRIBLY over pay for it.

    They're telling me the Kara doesn't have a Fleet version, which is somewhat at odds with the evidence. Even sent them an image showing the T6 Fleet Haapax and explained why it obviously is the fleet Kara (stats, release notes, no corresponding T6 ship other than the Kara).

    Doesn't look like I'm going to get anywhere with them, one other card to play though.

    You won't. I tried and was told the same. I disproved it like you did and the final answer from CS was "The Fleet Ha'apax is currently not available, please wait till it gets fixed".

    I'm not happy about that, especially since it's been almost a month now.

    "We’re excited to reveal the stats, items, and abilities for three new Tier 6 starships: the Yamato Class Dreadnought Cruiser, the Kolasi Siege Destroyer and the Kara Advanced Warbird. All three of these ships come equipped with a special console and can unlock a new starship trait at level 5 Starship Mastery. Below are the stats for these new Tier 6 starships and their fleet variants that will be released at the same time as the standard Tier 6 versions. Our ships are now live and available for a weekend discount! Our ships will be on sale from now till 10/12 at 10AM PDT"

    The article listed the Kara and the Fleet Haapax T6. It said specifically that the new Tier 6 and fleet variants was the article. So they did in fact call it the Fleet Variant.

    On top of that people I know that bought the 3 piece bundle DID get the discount after dismissing and reacquiring the ship. It specifically hit those who purchased the individual ship. Most likely this anyone who bought it legitimately for 2500Z before the pull date to stop those using the 0 EC bug. So legitimate buyers before that date got screwed somehow. Since I only play Romulan and Klingon I got hosed as well.

    Most likely customer support and tickets is handled third party or someone who has not played the game so they only have a faq sheet to go on. So it will consistently turn into a dead end until someone finally pays attention. It will probably be a huge pain to get through to someone who actually has used the game to know this or even read the release article to understand the actual question.

    Maybe it is time to start looking into taking legal action because this is a clear case of false advertising and I am beginning to think that is the only way to get their attention.

    That does seem to be a pretty spot on observation.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I am never spending money on this game again untill this is fixed and I recomend everyone does the same

    I'm beginning to think they don't even bother to read the bug section of the forums anymore.>.>

    Don't think they'd typically respond here in any case, and there has been quite a few things mentioned that end up getting fixed even although it's not in the patch notes or known issues. Post here and send in a ticket, not much more we can do really.

    In this case, I was contacted earlier and they've (finally :P) confirmed that there's a problem and it's going to get looked at. No promises as to when though, not that I'd expect one. It's not like then can just flip a switch somewhere :)

    Took them only four weeks, even after several tickets and complains about the issue *sighs*
