Unable to wear/modify Voth Armour helmet

Hey guys, i'm having a problem with the Voth Armour. Whenever I try to modify it, I cannot select the helmet. Every time I try to load a costume with the helmet it gives the following message; "Unable to use this costume in this slot due to type or old costume data". Does anybody else have this problem?

I have submitted a bug report on this. The ticket ID number is 3,787,462.

    Not got the Voth set myself, but I do have the exo armour and it refuses to let me put a helmet on. It's quite annoying to tell you the truth.

    Yes, and I am missing access to my Khan Head-wrap.

    Same here. I'm missing all helmet options, actually. The category simply...disappeared. If I try to load any saved costume with a helmet, the costume only partially loads, makes my character bald, then states that the costume uses invalid or old data.

    Oddly, all works fine for bridge officers.

    I spoke with customer support about the issue and even provided multiple screenshots...to which their response was that I was looking in the wrong place and should check every menu. Not very helpful there.

    Yeah. I wrote somewhere somewhere... ...I am not only missing the headwrap, but several other options. Only hats/helmets/hoods i can access is the Hirogen helmet and the fancy vedek hood. I see several posts of people having issues with the tailor. -I believe Cryptic Soon(tm) should take a closer look at the tailor programming. Seems to be something funny going on with some 'local/global' functions in their code.

    Yeah, and the bug is still around. Funny the further back I search the forums the longer the articles are.
    I got the same issue. Stoppt playing for a while got back and ... miss my helmets. MACO and Vedek are the only headpieces working.
