Resolved an issue with the Delta Ground Set power High Frequency Electromagnetic Pulse so that it no longer destroys enemies other than Small Devices & Turrets as was intended.
And here we are half+ year later, the ability is again effectively destroying everything in Brotherhood of sword.
Every npc ,not just turrets and devices.
It just wipes the map of all constructs

And since "fix" already exist.. its just matter of pushing it into patch.
Its being exploited big time, skill just wipes whole area of enemies.
