This has happened to me a few times now. I'll be doing a mission, complete an objective and then have to warp to another objective.
When I come out of warp at my new location, I'm not able to see my ship. However my ship is still there as such, because I can see it on the minimap and I can move, fight etc etc. However my view doesn't change at all. Its like the camera is just stuck in one location.
Anyone know how to fix this? I can fix it by logging out and in again, but really dont want to have to do that every single time I warp in a mission.

Since I restarted (been gone over a year), I can confirm that it affects Hide and Seek, Stop the Signal (You can't stop the signal Mal), and Researcher Rescue; I ran all three of those this morning and ran into that bug on each of them after the in-system warp.
No ship, no weapon effects, no sound. Enemy ships were able to attack, but it was hard to tell WHERE they were shooting at, as most of their weapons fired way off-screen yet still seemed to hit.
Switching characters (not going full log-out) works, it fixed the problem every time it happened to me, and is a bit faster than doing a complete log-out -> log-in.
EG similar to /reloadui command from World of Warcraft?
YES!!! glad im not the only one, im levelling a new toon, but when you get told to warp to a new location your ship gets invisible you cant use torpedos because u dont know where ur own ship is etc..
im levelling from 8-18 and had this in 4-5 missions so far.
