Auto refining system buggy

Hi,

the auto refining system for gold members is buggy.
Gold Members refine Delithium automatically upon logging in, up to one week's worth of dilithium.

My charakters doesn't refine automatically at every logging in any more, only once a day. Additionally then it will only be refined 8k of ore not 56k as mentioned in the F2P Matrix. In the beginning it was refined at every logging in.

I asked here Auto Refining only once a day? if others have seen the same. The feedback from other players shows that the auto refine system must be buggy as different players have a different auto refining.

    I'm getting this also!!

    Also a message sometimes that says "Unable to refine Dilithium"!!

    I think you are misinterpreting the system as designed.

    The auto-refining system doesn't increase the 8k/day refining limit, it only prevents you from having to log in yourself and refine.

    So for example, if you had 24k dilithium in your account and didn't log in for 3 days. The next time you log in, it sees that it's been 3 days since you logged in, and refines up to 24k dilithium in your account automatically. It's not meant to refine up to 56k each time you log in.

    It's possible that it's worded poorly on the F2P matrix, but I believe the auto-refine system to be working as intended. I have never hit the refine button on my account ever, and the autorefine system has refined for me up to 8k/day every day that I have played.

    Still you didn't read what I wrote. Nevertheless how much the auto refining system is supposed to refine or not. It should be refining on EVERY logging in. So if you log in 5 times and every time there is about 1000 ore it should refine this part at logging in.
    BUT that doesn't happen ANYMORE, as I wrote multiple times by now. Ore will be refined only ONCE a day not at EVERY logging in as stated and as written by others. So there is a bug.


    Beside look at what is refined. If the auto refine system refines 8k once a day that still means you can refine 16k per day. Why? Very easy, the auto refining system at the moment doesn't touch your manual refining amount.

    Beside that by now he even failed to refine at logging in once two days in a row and I have always a small amount in my account (charakters inventory) because of the duty missions.

    As and aside to this issue, which I have seen and understand its working as intended, I also sometimes get the refining dialog as I zone in to an area. This happens multiple times in one gaming seesion, ill go to sirius "you have refined 0 dilithium" then I go to beta ursae "you have refined 0 dilithium" and so on ad nauseum.

    as in:
    i have refined my 8000 YESTERDAY myself,
    i log in today and get my next 8000 dil. ore and they will NOT be auto refined until i log in TOMORROW?


    am i missing anything?


    all i've seen so far from the auto refine system is a green fly by text on zoning "you refinded 0 dilithium"


    i'm a dilithium sucker, everything i earn is instantly refined by myself and sold for C-Point in the exchange, i have no time to wait for the automated process to work on the next day.

    No there is a bug I think, Mine hasn't auto refined either I have been away for a week then come back the unrefined dill is just sitting there waiting.

    It was working fine b4 season 10 - 11 but now it just isn't working, I also have a friend who has also told me he was away for a few months when he logged on nothing had been refined at all, now corect me if im wrong but even if the auto refine only dose a weeks worth shouldn't he at least had a weeks worth of dill refined for him when he logged on?

    I sent in a ticket about this problem and was given a link talking about this in 2012?!?! It's 2018 and this is still going on? Every time I log in be it days or longer I get you Refined 0 Dilithium, so why haven't they fixed this? GM Xillahne told me he/she doesn't know when the refinement takes place, how can they not?
